“I just had the best 7-Eleven experience I have ever had. To start I had to use the restroom and the restroom was easily the cleanest gas station restroom I’ve ever used. Then I was shocked I got coffee that the area was not a mess like every other convenience store coffee area, but it was actually 100% clean. Best part they literally had every flavor of creamer and syrup you could ever want, and some I didn’t even know existed. Look at those pics!!! AMAZING!!
Then when I checked out JJ was kind, friendly & helpful. What a Fabulous 711!!! I will definitely be back. Thank you!”

“Corporate needs to fix their automated broken system and take very good care of the wonderful human folks working at this store location and others. They go above and beyond to help every time I need anything. I imagine they get yelled at a lot because of misunderstandings and frustration created by Walgreens' poor attempt at going more digital over the years. Specific example. System rejects prescription refill due to insurance stating it's too early for a due and required refill. Mind you the patient will die without the prescription. Patient has to call every time Walgreens refills a prescription to override the insurance to pay out of pocket. Redirected to new chat feature by text update that prescription is delayed because of insurance. Go through chat and told it can't help with that issue. Then when patient calls to ask for help on processing the refill without insurance, the automated system won't redirect patient to a pharmacist. The automated system tells the patient there is no refill in the system, it's not time for a refill. Patient begs multiple times to speak with a pharmacist, then begins to yell at the system. Finally, after an unreasonable number of requests, the patient is transferred to an actual, human, kind pharmacist who understands the issue and overrides the issue to refill for out of pocket payment. Says the prescription will be ready for pickup by noon. Patient tries to pick up the prescription at 4pm, and the staff after looking in the computer system say it won't be prepared until tomorrow. Patient maintains patience and asks is there any way it can be filled today. They're on it and will have it filled by 6pm. It's still not ready, and the phone system won't allow me to get through. Is the computer system at Walgreens trying to kill people or what? Thank goodness for the actual humans who work there that have a brain and a heart. Walgreens corporate can you please fix your misguided automated system? The online/app patient portal information differs from your automated system's information which also differs from the information the pharmacy staff can see in their computer. Fix it now or you're no better than CVS. They have the same problem, which Walgreens did not used to have. Speaking on behalf of the general public here, not just myself.”

“I placed an order at the photo department for some holiday gifts. They were supposed to be ready same day, but unfortunately due to circumstances out of their control I was notified when placing my order that it would be delayed. Totally understandable as things happen. However, Porsche reached out to me the following day to let me know my order was ready. I appreciate them being proactive with getting the issue resolved and reaching out to let me know my order was ready earlier than expected. All the associates here have always been kind and helpful. Very thankful for my amazing Walgreens store!”
