This is still the only shop I trust to work on my WRX. They are vastly knowledgeable, extremely thorough, and always fair on pricing, especially for the high quality of their work. They have caught things others have missed on multiple occasions. One time, a different shop had indicated that my rotors were fine, even though my steering wheel would shake during braking. AutoScience found the rotors to be warped. Another time, I had camshaft sensor engine codes that the dealership failed to fix on two attempts. I brought my car to AutoScience, and they knew how to get to the root of the engine codes the first time. Thank you again to this exceptional business.”

“This location is one of the friendliest and fair mechanics I’ve ever been to. They are so kind in explaining what’s going on, and they even have great technology where they report and upload images of their inspection. The level of transparency and genuine customer service this location offers is so refreshing. Even my car insurance adjustor said that their repair estimate was very fairly priced in comparison to competitors in the area. Not to mention, they also have a shuttle service. “Needed an A/C recharge for my 04 Buick Century. Never had it recharged before, but eventually they need it. It only has 62k miles and I keep it pristine. You could literally eat a heated muffin off the valve cover; it is that clean. Carl, the owner, was honest and didn't jack me around about putting A/C Dye in the system to make a mess, check for a leak, diagnostic service and the other garbage 5 other shops pretty much insisted on forcing on me, to get it recharged. It is a 20yo car. It is normal to need a recharge periodically.
Carl took good care of my old car, Recharged it, put a little A/C oil in the system, kept everything clean, talked to me about what was needed and now it is like new. It is, freezing me out of it, if I don't keep the fan on low.
AAA+ experience with an honest shop. Glad I found this Auto Service Shop.”

“Had to give it some time for the review but after driving for 4 months no issues with the rebuild transmission. He charges cheaper than anybody else I know in town. Pam was very nice and helpful to me. They did offer a ride for me but I kindly did decline. Only thing to complain is Pam had stint surgery so Harold was not himself one day as I did show up to pick up the vehicle to be told it was a cash transaction when I thought it I can write a check. I tried to offer him a check, but it I was told to come back the next day to pickup my vehicle. Luckily this town has Gozone, only wasted $1.50. Overall for the price and his work, I was able to drive out of state with it with no issues and got where I needed to go. They can divide your payment in half and where you put half down and pay the rest after the vehicle is done, so at least they can work with the payment plan that way. Highly recomment to go to him if you are looking for a rebuilt.”
