“My wife and I just purchased a vehicle from Gary Charlton Motors. It is quite a long drive for us to Lewisville, but it was worth it. The experience was top notch. We bought the car we were looking for at a price that I agreed was fair,There were no high-pressure salesman, just folks wanting to do business. Gary introduced us to the vehicles but let me do my thing while I checked them out. He answered my questions quickly and honestly.There was only one mechanical problem with the vehicle we purchased, but Sergio, Gary's service manager, wouldn't let us drive it home until he took care of that for us. We had to wait a couple of days to pick it up after purchasing, and since we had traded in our one and only vehicle during this purchase, Gary took care of us with a loaner until Sergio got done. I wouldn't expect either of those classy moves from another dealership that's not one of those flashy 300% markup lots.Well done, Gary and Sergio, and thanks! I meant it when I said I would be back to buy our next vehicles from you.Beware of the traffic jams on I35E during your test drive, though! Fortunately, the car was comfortable and we ended up buying it.”
“Came to this establishment for my emissions test to get my tags renewed last month. I came here based off of reviews and they did not disappoint. Upon entry everything was very clean and the women that work the front desk are very inviting, knowledgeable and respectful. This is important because they are the first interaction and set the tone for the business. They offered me refreshments and it was nice a cool in there. I got my emissions test done and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I will definitely come here in the future and will be reffering my friends to come here as well. Great experience!”

“I can't say enough good things about Eagle Transmission. After having an issue following the installation of an upgraded valve body kit in my 2021 Duramax, they took the time to properly diagnose the problem instead of just throwing parts at it. They were knowledgeable, transparent throughout the process, and kept me informed every step of the way.
What really stood out was that they worked directly with NextGen during the diagnostic process to get to the root cause instead of guessing. That level of collaboration and willingness to do things the right way gave me a lot of confidence in their work. They were so impressed with NextGen's products and technical support throughout the process that they've since become a NextGen dealer themselves.
The repair was done right, the truck has been running great since, and they stood behind their work. It's refreshing to find a shop that values doing the job correctly instead of simply getting the vehicle back out the door.

“I’ve used this location for oil changes and minor things for over 10 years, but today …
Today just made me smile. There was a piece of metal or rubber hanging from the underside of my car. A couple of bolts had come loose. I drove up and the guy walked right up, “Hey! What’s going on?”
I explained the problem and within 10 minutes he had fixed it. When I asked how much, he said nothing! They just fixed it! I hugged his sweet, sweaty neck! He smiled. I smiled. And my faith in humanity was restored. Man, I needed that today! Thank you, kind sir!”
“I just brought my car back from getting the Main Street Special and could not be happier. It had been a few weeks and several hundred highway miles since I had had it washed. Lots of bugs and grime and when they had finished with it it looked very shiny. My wife even commented on how good it looked.
