“I had a bad experience here years ago. On 12/18/23 I walked into the Kwik Kar on Long Prairie. The waiting area was filthy with 5 people standing in line. When I finally did speak to someone, service bays empty, "It'll be an hour and a half wait." I decided to try this location again.Very pleasant surprise. The shop and waiting area was immaculate. They met me at the car. Service was quick and professional. Very impressed. I told the service tech about my previous experiences and he told me they were under new management. This my new oil change place.”
