As long as you truthfully put your car condition and info on their site, bring it in for photos and appraisal, then you off to go. I filed a Chapter 7 and my former lien holder tried to strong arm me into reaffirming a car loan for a 12 yr old car. Their attorney told my attorney that I could not retain and pay (even though I never missed a payment) and that was some BULLSH*T! So I called Mr Reid Anderson on a Friday and by Sunday I had a 2022 Toyota Corolla ? Reid was very professional, kind and understanding. And I was truly appreciative and relieved ?. AND my car not went from $622/monthly to $490/monthly on top of that. If I could give this man 10 stars I would. He is truly a life saver ?”

“I highly recommend Hugo! I first contacted him because my cars AC was not working. Before just trying to replace the whole thing he told me he first wanted to test smaller items first and then go from there. I ended up needing to replace the whole thing but his prices were significantly less than other places that I had called. I took my husbands and sons car back to him for repairs as well. He communicated with me about the process the whole time and I never felt he was trying to do something that didn't need to be done. I will continue to use Hugo for my auto repair needs.”

Less than 2 weeks after I drove the car off the lot, the check engine light came on and they immediately fixed the issue.
