“If you are in the middle of a bankruptcy or if it’s discharge I urge you to contact Reid’s Auto Connection ASAP. I filed a Chapter 7 and my former lien holder tried to strong arm me into reaffirming a car loan for a 12 yr old car. Their attorney told my attorney that I could not retain and pay (even though I never missed a payment) and that was some BULLSH*T! So I called Mr Reid Anderson on a Friday and by Sunday I had a 2022 Toyota Corolla ? Reid was very professional, kind and understanding. And I was truly appreciative and relieved ?. AND my car not went from $622/monthly to $490/monthly on top of that. If I could give this man 10 stars I would. He is truly a life saver ?”

Didn't end up purchasing it (nothing wrong, just didn't like the car) but just wanted to say this dealer/shop definitely seems like one of the good ones. That was Friday at like 8. Why was dude answering sales calls at 8? Idk cause Mike is committed! Said give me $500 and the truck is held for you. Monday morning called him said money and credit app is on the way. He said your approved

“We had been looking all over the DFW area for a used car on an extremely small budget for a while and only coming across shiesty, crooked, and dishonest dealers and private sellers. People trying to hide cars being wrecked and saying nothing is wrong with ghe car and driving hours to go look at them only to find out that was a multitude of problems. I was starting to lose hope of finding a decent car on our budget when my wife suggested trying Lonestar Auto. I was leary to say the least. When we pulled up, it was extremely busy, but salesman Ricky promptly took time to ask what I was looking for. I let him know and I agreed to go online because it was 100+ degrees that day. We weren't 3 minutes down the road when Ricky called me and said they had just taken a trade in that matched my description. We turned around, test drove it, came back the next morning and did a thorough inspection and bought it. It was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!”

“My wife and I just purchased a vehicle from Gary Charlton Motors. It is quite a long drive for us to Lewisville, but it was worth it. The experience was top notch. We bought the car we were looking for at a price that I agreed was fair,There were no high-pressure salesman, just folks wanting to do business. Gary introduced us to the vehicles but let me do my thing while I checked them out. He answered my questions quickly and honestly.There was only one mechanical problem with the vehicle we purchased, but Sergio, Gary's service manager, wouldn't let us drive it home until he took care of that for us. We had to wait a couple of days to pick it up after purchasing, and since we had traded in our one and only vehicle during this purchase, Gary took care of us with a loaner until Sergio got done. I wouldn't expect either of those classy moves from another dealership that's not one of those flashy 300% markup lots.Well done, Gary and Sergio, and thanks! I meant it when I said I would be back to buy our next vehicles from you.Beware of the traffic jams on I35E during your test drive, though! Everything was ready to go, e-signed, and was headed out with my new Jeep. It was cleaned up and ready to go before I even got there to test drive it. And the price… can’t be beat for what I was looking for! They even Fed-ex’d my plates to me so I didn’t have to drive over an hr to pick them up once they received them. I typically despise car shopping. But they’ve changed my opinion on the entire process. I will definitely be going here for all of my automotive shopping from this point forward. “Used auto lot in downtown Lewisville off main... nice selection of older clean used autos. Primarily they find decent older cars at auction and flip for reasonably higher price post detail-- Found a nice bug for my daughter, perfect lot for finding a car for teen driver. Roughly 40+ cars on lot but from what I can tell on their Facebook site, they move their stock pretty quickly. I worked with Alex and he was great... let me take my car home and kept the car I drove to lot with overnight- he went out of his way to meet me on a Sunday to close the deal and pick up my car. Family business and genuinely worked with me a customer. Fees for TTL were very reasonable and saves me hassle of the titling.”
