The property itself is fantastic, but what truly elevates this place to the next level is the incredible team in the front office...specifically Jackie and Gabriella.
​Navigating life and moving transitions can be extremely stressful, but these two ladies have been an absolute godsend. Jackie is phenomenally helpful. I’ve dealt with her extensively, and she consistently goes out of her way and above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. She is always approachable, genuinely cares about the residents, and actually gets things done without any of the usual runaround you get at other properties.
​Gabriella, the front office assistant, is right there with her. She is always completely in the loop, highly professional, super sweet and ready to jump in and help out with whatever you need. It is rare to find an apartment complex where the staff operates as a seamless team that genuinely has your back.
​If you are looking for a place to live where the management actually respects you, treats you like a human being, and actively works to make your living situation easier, South Shore Apartments is exactly where you want to be. And the apt. I have never had a apt that actually feels like a home. I'm so proud to invite people over now.
I'm literally crying while writing this. My case worker and me are so close and she was the one who helped me this way and the inspector that was also the one who kept pushing me to apply here. I thought it would be like everywhere I have lived that they take sec 8. They always give us the ugliest apts. Full of every kind of insects there are no matter how clean u can keep ur apt. I was super depressed before I got here and they knew it. That's why they kept pushing me here. But I didn't expect not just a home but it's like a whole family here of good people so far. And people who watch after each other.

“My name is Chris and I've been a resident here for a few months. I must say I have seen TREMENDOUS improvement. Amanda (regional manager) stepped in bring the place up. I've seen the grass get greener, the pool get bluer, she evicted all non residents that were causing trouble, removed broken down vehicles that have been taking up parking. And has been seriously helpful and communicative to me and all other residents. This has turned out to be a really good peaceful place to live. I like it here.
