“Well I just started He staying here on Friday ! When I did my application I was kind of iffy that I wouldn’t get excepted ! but luckily It did ! thanks to new management my application went through I was shown the apartment and there was minor issues and I asked the manager Khloe if she could fix these things before I moved in ??? she said yes she would get maintenance to Fix it right away ! the next day she called me and told me my apartment was ready ! everything I asked her to fix was done and extras! I guess back then they were under different management but now I guess everything is changing but I see a lot of bad reviews but it’s not bad here at all thank you management for helping me and my daughter with the place to Call home”

“I️ have lived in my apartment for 8 months and haven’t had any problems! Leasing consultants are always so kind and have the best attitude when I️ need to get my packages from the front office! Our property Manager, Sylvia is the best! She is such an incredible and awesome person! Stoneleigh is probably one of the best complexes I️ have stayed with! I️ would 10/10 recommend moving into these units!”

“Since moving in I’ve had nothing but good experiences with Samantha and the staff there…every small issue I’ve had was taken care of pretty quick by maintenance. She’s good about answering the phones and emails to help and answer any questions and resolve any issues that may arise with your apt.and sending out maintenance quickly. I would definitely recommend Alameda Apartments to anyone looking for a good place to lease that comes with a pool and in a good area. 5 stars for sure”
“I love the improvement of this place and will stay living here as long as the people in the office now stay. There are many events this month and can’t wait to see next months event calendar. Movie night was last night where they had a large screen and projector and we got to watch my favorite Halloween movie, Hocus Pocus. They also had movie theatre tasting popcorn and pickles, the boxes of candy and also bars of candy and so much variety of options to drink. Everyone that works there was so nice and they are so funny and warming, I like we can laugh together and be people on the same level. Not use to that at all at other apartments I lived at. It was so nice to be outside and really enjoyed what they did for us. I got to meet other residents and even made a new friend who I got together with today with our kids.”
