“There were initial miscommunications when moving in such as maintenance orders not being fulfilled, the unit being nowhere near ready, etc. New management has taken over since then, they’re at least putting in effort to correct past wrongdoings and enforcing policies. The property is a lot better taken care of in comparison to 9-ish months ago. There’s a lot more transparency with the tenants than before as well. I think it’s definitely showing promise to be a better property at this point.”

“My only two issues are the large piles of dog poop not picked up even though I am diligent at always picking up my small dog’s small piles! The other is that I would love to be able to take off the window & sliding door screens so they, plus the glass itself could be cleaned! Any suggestions?”
