That part is funny but I love it because they acknowledge that your there. Other banks or credit unions look at you like “Uggh! Another one!”. RBFCU is quick and explain everything where you can understand. I’ve had seizures from the military, so it kinda takes a bit to process something’s to understand. No matter if I ask the same question in 3 different ways, they will still answer 3 different ways! ???? So now, I have 6 accounts and refinancing 2 vehicles with RBFCU!”
