“Had an excellent experience last week at O’Reilly auto parts. The clerk was extremely helpful and sold me a part that I thought I needed. He even went outside to help me install it at which time we saw that I didn’t need it. He immediately went back in and within moments had refunded my credit card. He was very jovial and although I thanked him profusely, he said things like no I really wanted to get some fresh air… So, at least dealing with that clerk he was extremely friendly & and very nice young man.The store was very clean. The other employees were all helping other customers and were very attentive. The place seems always packed, but they seem to get things done very quickly overall it’s a great store.”
