“Efrain has a heart of gold and is so kind, caring, talented, and professional. Though his work is flawless and gorgeous, he is humble and kind! When my daughter had a fender bender, I really researched Google reviews. I chose Efrain and his shop because of the reviews and went with him, even though my insurance company has in network: Caliber Collision and I forget the other big one. I am so glad I trusted the reviews (just read all those and read his!) and went with him. He was so kind, walked me through everything (this was our first wreck), and he fought to get OEM parts when the insurance company wanted the cheap parts. That took extra time and effort, and I so appreciate it! His work is flawless - the truck is more beautiful than before the wreck (he fixed a paint scrape too - and that was so kind of him - it was not part of the wreck)! I can’t say how much I appreciate him, his kindness, how he made me feel like family! I would absolutely ONLY be going back to him!”
