“I called him he was busy but because I worked around his schedule he gave me a $50 discount from $300 to $250 I’m from Hawaii and we had a windshield replaced for $250 many years ago so to me that was a good price. It took him 30 minutes.

“I brought a car to them from AutoNation. I was interested in buying. They did a pre-purchase inspection. They were able to squeeze me in the same day. They gave me a ride to Moore Plaza so I didn’t have to wait in their lobby. 3 1/2 hours later, they came and picked me up. They went over a detailed report with me. They took pictures and explained everything they found both good and bad. The master tech said he saw no reason not to purchase the vehicle. This took all the guest work out of the process for me and gave me peace of mind. It was well worth the money. I will never buy another car without getting a pre-purchase inspection from them first. “I’m not much of a guy with a lot of words. I’m also not one of those dumb paid reviewers. I’m a real person who had a real vehicle problem. Long story short my truck had been down for months needing replacement of bcm, connectors, and part of the harness. Took my truck months back to a certified dealer, in Corpus Christi. Was quoted price to fix issue, agreed on it, went ahead with the work. After a month of my truck being there, it was not fixed. At all. When I kept calling and asking how things were going after all that time my advisor hit me with “we can’t fix your truck, parts are obsolete” AFTER more than a month! This was all caused by water leaking through windshield into my driver side seat area. Water running all thru my steering column and bcm and connections. But so yeah they couldn’t fix it because they couldn’t find parts but told me oh if we replace this wiper cowl it will fix the leak. $900 still didn’t fix leak at all. Took my truck home it sat for a few months. Fast forward I got money saved and wanna try to fix one last time before I decide to just let it go.. looked around and heard great things about bay auto service in person from people. Best shop around here they said. So I gave em a call, dropped truck off, got the inspection, the estimate.. almost 1k less than what dealer was charging.. truck done in about a week or less! Everything seems to be working fine! ?? I’ve missed my truck so much and I’m glad they were able to fix it correctly for me! ? I recommend this shop 100% they were professional and quick getting my truck situated. Just when I had almost given up. If you need major work or any work done, give these guys a shot. You won’t be disappointed ? thanks guys, appreciate yall. ????”
