  I am beyond impressed with this branch and the performance quality of customer service here. Jewel helped my cousin and I open up a new account here and she explained the fee schedule perfectly as well as the difference in VW accounts. Thank you ladies for providing smooth, efficient service!

  DO NOT USE THIS BANK!! How bad of a bank do you have to be to not file paperwork that was done 3 years ago?! And then charge your customers high fees and then not update your systems regularly and cause confusion with how much money is in the bank? The app is unusable, the cards work when they want to.   Dissatisfied with the lack of customer service. Opened the account in October and the fees the charged me for not using the account brought the account negative. Will be closing the account.
