When they inspect your car, they don't look for reasons to fix things in order to charge you extra for an inspection sticker.

We were here from out of town for a dog show and picked up a nail at 5 PM on a Friday.. Big Joes was gracious enough to stay open, fix our tire, put up with our dogs, and get us back on the road! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

This place is amazingWe showed up after buying a water pumpFor our CamryAnd it was still overheating nobody at Toyota or any place you went knew what was wrong with it. The front desk lady came right out to help us. She hooked the diagnostic up and went and got the lady master mechanic. Another lady and gentleman came out. All the employees were helping us. . The master mechanic found out it was a fuse within 20 minutes. The gentleman went and got one . She put it on and fixed our car. These people were a God send. We owe them everything. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Bryan Shelley and Miya

Had issues with a fuel pump in August.. towed my car into the shop on a no start condition.. paid for diagnosis. They claimed it was the fuel pump.. they was $350 for a new one. I found the part 2 stores down for $220 not oem. A full week and a half later on a 2 hour labor job I waited for them to install the part. I was told it was likely I had a bad fuse block because of how the codes were reading. Less than 2 and a half months later the fuel pump stops working. I replace the TIPM myself and find the relay used to jump the fuse block.. gentle tugs on the but connectors and the wiring came right out.. these guys can't even crimp electrical wires correctly I'd share pictures if I could. Brought the truck to another shop in Corpus after spending countless hours trying to figure out the problem, dropping the fuel tank myself and putting in another fuel pump. The second mechanic couldn't find the issue after 1 hour of diagnosis.. I get a ride to the shop and get the truck after they offer to drop the fuel tank and install another pump for ~$500.At home I look at the electrical connector from the box to the pump. The main harness that goes to the fuel pump has a faulty connector.. all the lines in the connector are represented by the codes that come up. I order a new connector and zip tie the current connector back together, drive 50miles and run diagnostic codes after clearing the computer's codes.. nothing comes up. Not 1 code. Can't even diagnose a loose harness connector on a dodge ram. These stores don't diagnose. They sell. They find the most profitable option and they sell the repair. If you know what the problem is and it's something you can't possibly repair yourself use a shop. Don't expect these guys to diagnose your problem even if it's extremely basic.Labor, 2 fuel pumps and a Tipm replacement and the fuel relay bypass later ($1300 plus dropping a fuel tank and putting the pump in myself) this could have all been solved with a mechanic properly tracing an electrical line just by checking connectors.. guess that doesn't pay well as 2 hours labor and a fuel pump though.

Don't bring your car or truck here to get repaired. They charge me full price $400 and didnt complete the work. Claimed I had faulty old parts on my brake system just so they wouldn't complete the full job. Then wanted full payment. Rip off
