Big Joe's Tire & Auto is a full-service mechanic shop that has been serving the coastal bend since 2017. They offer much more than tire services, providing front-end steering and suspension work, wheel alignments, computer diagnostics, and full air conditioning services. They perform engine and transmission maintenance and repair, complete brake system repair, and install lift and leveling kits. They service both foreign and domestic vehicles, handle trailer repair, and conduct state inspections, using top-quality name brands. Customers report amazing, very good customer service, describing the staff as professional, fair, honest, and showing genuine concern and understanding. They are determined to help, often working customers in and staying open late to get them back on the road. Reviews highlight that the shop is priced very well and does not look for reasons to charge extra during inspections. The knowledge and teamwork of the employees, including a master mechanic, provide customers with a great sense of peace and security, making it the best shop many have ever visited.
Highly Recommend! Integrity, commitment, diligence, and truly treat you with respect. These are the values you want from a mechanic. I run hotshots and they provided a place to park my trailer, got me right in, and made me a great deal on tires and maintenance. Great job!

It's hard to trust people these days but the Techs here are honest and friendly, they don't try to up sale or talk to you like you're 5 years old... they care and that's important to customers...I will recommend Big Joe's.
