This place is a joke. Make sure your carpets are dirt free if not they will charge you almost 500 to get the carpet shampooed. Apparently the detailers they hire don’t know how to use a vacuum. So they need to send the vehicles off to get professionally cleaned. Jennifer also was very unprofessional I will never do business here again.

Paid over $700 to rent a car for less than a week. Was told I would get $200 back if I brought back the car with no damage, however, since I needed the car for 2 extra days they kept that $200. This place is a ripoff.

Only leaving 1 because I have to have a minimum of 1. Rental car attendant says they have no cars. Trying to get one from another location. We are already 20 minutes after our reservation time. The FastBreak system is a joke. Do not use Budget!

This was my very first time at this location. The service from the staff was great. The counter was not crowded or congested. I was able to make several necessary changes to my rental after I took the Vehicle from the property, and there was no issues in me doing so. I would highly recommend this location!

Customer service was horrible.Car I reserved was not available. Rented a full size SUV and they tried to give me a mini van. The lady at the desk needs some more customer service training. The cars were filthy not clean at all. Her excuse for that was we are to close to the freeway for them to stay clean

I made a reservation online and prepaid I was told because my credit card was in my maiden name even with proof I was not allowed to get my rental. I called customer service and was told they could not modify my name to match my credit card. I was forced to cancel my reservation. No solution was offered inside nor by customer service! Terrible experience and although I paid with a credit card and prepaid the still wanted to hold an additional $250 which is crazy because enterprise doesn’t charge an additional hold when using a credit card. They wouldn’t except cash and they “couldn’t” except the debit cards I had to pay additional fees. I ended up extremely late back to work and having to pay for an Uber because no one could seem to help me.

Jen was exceptionalThe light behind her was distracting and almost made me want to search for another company. It just flickered the whole time and made me wonder how she was keeping such a great attitude! Docking a star for that light that makes me nauseous just being in it's presence for 10 + minutes

Rented a car from budget but picked up at Avis at 6226 SPID. 1st the car reserved was taken. I prepaid to avoid that but that happens sometimes. Customer service was unapologetically rude and said Avis is not responsible for Budgets errors??? They gave no attempt to resolve or look into my aarp discount.. Any issue I asked about IN AN AVIS STORE i was told to take it up with budget.. This is 1st and last time I will ever rent from either. Ill stick to thrifty or enterprise. They are way more polite and cost less.. Unfortunately I prepaid.
