About Budget Car Rental
Budget Car Rental provides great and fantastic service with a quick, efficient, and knowledgeable staff. The process is a breeze, with a counter that is not crowded or congested, allowing for easy changes to rentals. The staff is described as courteous, respectful, incredibly peppy, positive, and exceptional. Customers report being completely satisfied, highlighting that staff members waited for them and ensured everything requested was taken care of. The location is highly recommended, with one reviewer noting they don't understand the low reviews as their experience was an A+. However, one mention was made of a distracting, flickering light at the counter.

Skylar was amazing! She got me a vehicle and on the road in no time at all. I had a vehicle breakdown and needed to get back to the Houston area in a pinch and she helped with a smile and a great attitude. Thank you again!
