My husband and I went to Build a Bear for our gender reveal. We didn't know if our baby was a boy or girl and asked if the associates could help us by putting the bear we chose in either a boy shirt or girl shirt. Unfortunately, I don't remember the two girl's names (one had red hair and the other was shorter with dark brown/black hair) but they were so amazing and helpful in keeping it a secret from us. They truly helped make a special experience for us.

It was our daughter's 7th birthday and we decided to go through the promotion of her HBD, the girls behaved excellently, when we arrived the store was alone and in the blink of an eye it filled.

Super awesome experience defently upgraded since I was a kid my baby was turning 2 so she didn't care to much an was running around exploring but it was worth it an just fun todo ima do it agian when she's around 4 or 5 an can have a better concept but have no regret. The women there were super friendly an helpful highly recommend this location

I’m an adult who really wanted a stuffed animal after having a hard couple of months, so I stopped in. The staff were all amazing, they were so kind and still had me do the cute things like with the heart and offered to let me push the stuff pedal. I appreciate them still making it magical for me even though I’m not a kid. 10/10 amazing place

All the other employees were absolutely lovely except for one named Nevaeh. I brought a build a bear from home I had recently bought to put a sound into it, one of the workers had already opened it and was putting a sound I choose.Suddenly the Nevaeh worker stopped her and said since it's not a animal crossing build a bear I can't get the sound, I understood and chose another (which was one you could record your own personal sound)and she made a fuss about letting me have it, I simply said I wanted it put in the paw and when I got home I would record it since that's what I've done before. She said sorry we can't do that but before she would say that she would walk away and pretend to go check them then tell me, and first of all I was talking to a separate employee then she decided to butt in and leave actually people that needed help to go get me out of the store.I wouldn't even put a star if it let me.

One of the three workers was very helpful. The other two were too distracted with other customers and perhaps were new employees. The items on display didn't all match what was available in the bins. The clearance section was not much, and prices were not much lower.

We went in while Debra was holding down the fort. It was a beyond amazing experience and she knows how to handle herself extremely well! Always happy with this location!

Over priced, unhappy staff that spoke rudely. It was our 1st and now only trip there. Did not even receive the birth certificate we filled out and when I called about it 2 days later (I assume they were not open on Sunday so I called on Monday) they did not have any record of it and refused to print one and mail it to my daughter. We live 1 hr away and only went because my child received a gift card. It was supposed to be a special, magical time but we were headed around like cattle with employees mumbling where to go stand next. Not happy.
