Everyone made the experience so magical. Especially Max I believe was her name (the one with the cool button hair clip). She took her time with our daughter and made it very personalized ♥made it a very unique experience!! Everyone was so attentive and caring. The build a bear by our house isn't like this. 10/10 recommend
