Unfortunately, I read my pick up time wrong. It was an accident - but he helped me like it was no big deal. I’ve been back 3 times now and plan on coming again next week for buisness. “We recently just rented a car for a weekend getaway to San Antonio and everything went smoothly! The only thing was they didn’t have the Kia available but it wasn’t a big deal as they had the Toyota Camry available which was still perfect for my spouse and I. We returned the car practically back the same way we got it and it cost me actually less afterwards I even opted into their insurance. For a peace of mind I Definitely would recommend calling ahead of time as well to make sure they still will have something available for you or if vehicles have changed. No problems with customer service. We will definitely will rent from here again.”

“They transported my mother from Spohn Shoreline and did an amazing job! They handled her with great care. They let me ride in the front because my car was in the mechanic shop. Robert was such a pleasure to be around! He talked to me the entire way home. The gentleman in the back (Zach) made sure my mother was comfortable the entire time. When we got to my home they made sure I didn’t need anything before they left. Robert and Zach helped me put the rails on the bed because I didn’t know how!
