Got off the plane and they did nit even have a car available after I had a confirmation of a reservation the week before. I waited a ridiculous amount of time and finally got a car! They did not seem concerned or apologetic for the lack of communication or even offer a discount. Word of advise use Enterprise!

Car not ready when we arrived. We’re told it will be 30 minutes or pay an extra charge for a vehicle that was ready to go. I will stick with Alamo and rent through Costco next time. This booking was through Southwest app.worst rental experience in 20 years.
