From the moment I arrived, Chris went above and beyond. They greeted me with a friendly smile and a positive attitude that instantly stood out. Not only did they thoroughly explain my car wash options, but they also made sure I understood the best choice for my needs without any pressure. It’s rare to see someone so young displaying such poise and genuine care for the customer experience.
As I moved through the wash, I noticed how attentive this employee was in ensuring the process ran smoothly—making sure my car was positioned perfectly and even stepping in to double-check a spot to ensure my vehicle came out spotless. “MUST USE THEM FOR ALL OF YOUR CAR DETAILING NEEDS!!! From the moment I spoke to Gilbert (one of the brothers who owns G&L) on the phone to when I drove my car from the shop, I was treated like family. I first came in to get my front car seats cleaned and Gilbert did an amazing job!!! I had never seen my seats that clean, EVER. Since I had such a great experience, I brought my mom's 2011 Toyota Camry, to be completely detailed, to be sold later, and I couldn't believe the stains they were able to get out. The interior of the car looked practically new. Since the car was going to take a few hours, Gilbert offered to drop me off at my house! Talk about customer service! This kind of service just isn't around anymore, unfortunately. I brought my car back a month later to get the back seats cleaned and, again, they went above and beyond, also vacuuming the entire car. I will never take my car anywhere else, ever again. They have my business for life! Thank you so much Gilbert and Luis!!”
“Today I was BLESSED to have been able to remove the ignition interlock !! I was assisted by Debbie who month after month took really good care of me and was very understanding when I had concerns or issues. I must confess and admit, I was very rude to her when she first started working for Rick's. I would like to make a public apology for my actions as she did not deserve to be treated in that manner. “Go Car Wash in Calallen has a great location—super easy to get to right off the highway. Every time I stop in, I’m impressed by how hard the crew works, especially in the Texas heat. They don't cut corners—they’re out there scrubbing every window by hand and making sure each tire gets fully sprayed down.
One thing that really stands out is the bug spray they use. It works wonders at getting off all those dead bug guts! You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it shows in the quality of the wash. Highly recommend if you're in the area and want a thorough clean.”
“The back window has a spoiler so the car wash never gets it clean up under there, the gentleman cleaning the windows made all the difference, I actually came out with a completely clean car!”

“1 dollar 2 minutes aint bad with good pressure and equipment..i will put a 5 in and do a complete wash scrub brush and rinse my jeep..all it takes is some elbow grease and nothing ever gets broken off...hands on cleaning your ride only way to go..i pass 4 other car washes to come to this place and have for over 18 yrs..keep it up”

“First time here today using the do-it yourself wash in one of their many bays. So glad to see there was still a DIY & brushless car wash around here. Its approx $2 for 3 minutes. Features: Good high pressure nozzle for rinsing & pressure soaping; good quality natural fibered & clean brushes that put out a lot of soap; 2 size bays for small & large vehicles; high pressure vacuum to dry your vehicle. There's actually multiple functions & I did not use them all. For a 20 minute quick wash of a large truck it did a great job.
They also have a brushless high pressure fully-automated option for betwee $12-18 (I think-?). I'll be back to do this truck again & back to do our camper in the DIY bays, for sure. And may try their fully-automated option.”

P.S. I wish this car wash had air hoses like some other car washes do. Helps with detailing and getting water out of tight spaces.”

“Everything u would need from a carwash. But I feel it just needed a little more psi out of the wand when rinsing down the car. I went there after a day of fishing and it had rained that morning. So had mud all on my jeep. When I started on high pressure rinse it just was real weak in getting off all the mud and took way more money than I usually would at some of the others. But overall, can't complain. It got it done .”

“Came here today to get our honda civic cleaned, vaccumed on the inside and tire cleaner on the tires and I gotta say I was impressed! The amount of effort that was put into getting our vehicle cleaned was great! The car was washed and dried nicely, the inside was vacuumed very nicely to and even the car mats were cleaned! You will also get an option of any freshener or scent you want for your vehicle Overall the quality and effort was excellent please keep up the excellent work and if anyone is in the search for a car wash with friendly workers and staff as well as an excellent car wash this place is worth it! :)”
