“Not a happy camper this morning. Swiped my credit card and water kicked on and was doing a quick rinse before using foam brush to wash. Didn't even make it around my truck and it turned off. Maybe 3 minutes it ran and stopped. Checked my account and it charged me 10 dollars for 3 minute rinse. Had to come on to the office, but will head back in a few minutes to talk to someone. It was also still pretty dark when I pulled in and the lights was on. Light went out as soon as I got out of the truck leaving me to attempt to wash my truck in the dark. Need to adjust light timers.Update: Went back later in the morning and the nice lady attending the car wash understood and said it happens all the time and give me time on car wash to do the job. Thank you. One star to five stars. ?”

“Had copious amounts of sand in my car from the seashore, gave Gilbert a call and he took me, same day. Busy day, busy shop, the owner took care of me, having that kind of customer service is almost unheard of now-a-days. Other then the sand, I had stains that carisma was happy to charge me over a hundred dollars not to clean, G & L got them out! My new car looks new again! Not the cheapest but by FAR the best!”

“Today I was BLESSED to have been able to remove the ignition interlock !! I was assisted by Debbie who month after month took really good care of me and was very understanding when I had concerns or issues. I must confess and admit, I was very rude to her when she first started working for Rick's. I would like to make a public apology for my actions as she did not deserve to be treated in that manner. “They used to scrub the bugs off the front of your car before the car wash, but didn't do that today. It also says free vacuum with was but didn't recognize the free tokens.”

“Rob is a People person with excellent customer service. Carwash is among the best and I’ve been to a few in town but I think this carwash tops them all. It is convenient from my location, the place is clean, and never had problems with the vacuum. I recommend to anybody who wants to keep their car looking like new. He replies quickly should you have a question or need help with something.”
