“This Dollar Tree was on the medium side on the inside! Everything was pretty nice and neat. They had a great selection in this Dollar Tree for the size. “I didn't ask her name, but the lady who answered my question on DG return policy was super nice and kind. Went to the DG on Ayers, had a $3 return (with reciept & tags, within 30 days of purchase) to apply to a new $20 purchase and the rude lady at checkout denied my return "because it's already January". I hope this store on Navigation recognizes the kind lady. Thank you again.”

“Clean store, always has what I need, and is very convenient to me where I live. Staff here treats you right! Only problem I've had, was having to take my backpack off and leave it at the cash register. But I get that, they're trying to reduce the shoplifting numbers. After reading reviews from the past, good and bad, I can confirm they have worked very hard over the years to ensure any and all issues mentioned are resolved, because I haven’t ever experienced these hazards anytime I’m on a quest to buy milk and cookies????”

“This one was much better than the one just reviewed. Why? The young lady asked how can she help? I explained the item brought at another location yesterday and today I tried to return it or get a refund. She simply ask me what would I prefer? I said refund please. And the task was done.”
“I absolutely ? love this store. This store is in not the best area of town, but it is the cleanest, and customer service is on point. The manager is great with her staff and customers. I have seen them help customers who didn't understand the app how to use it. I recently added the app never used it not for lack of trying. Other stores never looked to see why it wouldn't work. Today she say let me see. I had did app on old #. Now I know how to change to correct it. I was able to get my digital coupons. When for months no other employee from other stores have tried to help. There was also an elderly couple and they helped them too. Thank you for great service.”
“This is my local Dollar General. They just underwent a remodeling. The store is nicely set up. For the most part especially lately the employees have been very polite and helpful. A while back there were some employees that were not so polite but I haven’t seen those same people in quite some time,
They extended the cold and frozen foods to line 2 walls instead of just one and a half. They seem to have more merchandise. They still have Christmas stuff on clearance.
The store is relatively clean, but there are usually only two employees so I assume it’s not quite as easy to pick up things that people drop. Throughout the whole store. The only problem I saw on the floor was someone had knocked all the hangers down, and they hadn’t been picked up yet. Otherwise, the clerk was extremely polite
Overall it was an excellent experience. By the way, another Dollar General opened just a couple of miles away at Yorktown and Waldron. Look for reviews on that. It seems to be a much larger store with a much greater selection, but surprisingly, there are no clerks. All machines are self-serve and they do not take EBT thus far and it been several months.”
“I noticed an employee throwing away packages food crackers, cookies, etc because they were going to expire within a week.. and while walking to dumpster passed a homeless man who was disabled and in early 70s.. nobody did anything wrong but curious why can't you take those items and donate to a homeless shelter or something like that . People are starving and food is just thrown away .breaks my heart .you guys are great and I'm not complaining just wondering”
“It's a bit of a larger dollar general. The employees are always nice and helpful. I always intend to grab just one thing but it never happens that way. I love that they are open 7 days a week from 8am -10pm”
