“You can't go wrong shopping at Home Depot. From lumber and electrical needs to landscaping and cleaning supplies; If it's for your home they've got you covered. I've found The Home Depo has much lower prices for big savings over Lowes!”
“This Bridgeport on Southport Ave store has improved, Emilio, John, Roy, Courtney, Nadia, Jody, Flooring, Lawn & Garden, Lumber, Rental, Plumbing, Electrical and every department has turned this store around, keep up the good work. Better service means more customers. Please keep more staff working, so we can get help and buy more! I would like to see improvements in security, maybe hire off duty police/law enforcement. We even got a new store manager Lisa! Ps. make sure you follow up with complaints, this was a big issue in the past. Make it safe and clean and more people will shop here :)”

“We went to Sutherlands to buy paint and waited in the paint department for assistance, but no one ever came. My husband asked for help, and after waiting, I went to the front to ask if someone could assist also. The employee’s response was, “What do you need? Mixed paint?” When I said yes, she very rudely replied that there was no one available to mix paint that day. There was no apology or effort to help—just a dismissive and rude attitude. Very disappointing customer service.”
“I took my 90 year old mother to buy a washing machine at Home Depot and the employee who assisted us was Jacob. He was very helpful, friendly and was very patient with my mother. My mother had a hard time deciding which washer to buy and Jacob always remained calm and professional. A big thank you to Jacob for assisting us.”
“This Home Depot has a very wide selection of products in typical hardware store (home improvement) store inventory categories at super competitive prices that undercut their competition ( like LOWE'S Hardware ). The store is very clean and well organized, but you might want to ask the very knowledgeable Home Depot employees on duty if you are looking for a specialty item(or hard to reach item) and are unfamiliar with the store's layout...”
