“For "need it today" and quality tools, it's hard to beat the completeness of what Sheinberg offers. Hard-to-find tools too. If it's not in stock, they can get it. Major "candy store" vibe for tool geeks. Love this place.”

“I am so grateful that Johnstone provides us the ability to open the store after hours. I’m an HVAC contractor from Houston and I needed two bags of insulation. Carlos met me there in a timely manner open the door with a smile on his face. Sold me what I needed and I’m able to finish the job. Thank you, Mr. Carlos. I really appreciate you lots of love from Houston.”

“If you are in need of a gate look no farther. Troy is trustworthy and will work with you to design and install a gate for your specific needs. There are no gimmicks with this outfit. Working with contractors can be a nightmare but my experience with Troy was streamline and effortless. This company will not try to squeeze more money out of you like other contractors and companies do. The price and product you agree upon is exactly what you get. The only thing you need to be prepared for is that you will end up with an overbuilt gate that will last. If you run into any concerns Troy is accommodating and professional. The work this crew does will not leave you concerned whether the work is done correctly, instead you will feel relieved that there is nothing to worry about. If I needed another gate I would choose this company again without a doubt. My only complaint is that other contractors and companies do not operate to this level of satisfaction. I have had my gate for years and every time I use it I feel proud to have it. Years later, if I call Troy with a concern or question he always answers and never makes me feel like a burden for reaching out. Troy and his outfit care about doing good, honest work.”

“Was hunting down a match for a KLX110 throttle limiter screw that I ordered twice from Amazon and both times was sent the wrong length screw or a screw with the wrong thread. I made my way out to CC BOLT & SCREW with what I had to work with and both gentlemen took a look at what I had , asked a few questions and were off to the back like men on a mission. Within a couple minutes not only did they match the screw I needed but also gave some washers and nylon locking nuts to prevent the screw from backing out with the vibration on my son’s dirt bike. I really appreciate that they went above and beyond then just matching a screw for me but most importantly thought about my son’s safety and recommended that I use the nylon locking nuts to prevent the throttle limiting screw from backing out and potentially causing a injury to my son…. Thank you kind gentleman at CC BOLT & SCREW. !!! 10 out of 10 I DEFIANTLY RECOMMEND !!!”

“This Bridgeport on Southport Ave store has improved, Emilio, John, Roy, Courtney, Nadia, Jody, Flooring, Lawn & Garden, Lumber, Rental, Plumbing, Electrical and every department has turned this store around, keep up the good work. Better service means more customers. Please keep more staff working, so we can get help and buy more! I would like to see improvements in security, maybe hire off duty police/law enforcement. We even got a new store manager Lisa! Ps. make sure you follow up with complaints, this was a big issue in the past. Make it safe and clean and more people will shop here :)”

“We went to Sutherlands to buy paint and waited in the paint department for assistance, but no one ever came. My husband asked for help, and after waiting, I went to the front to ask if someone could assist also. The employee’s response was, “What do you need? Mixed paint?” When I said yes, she very rudely replied that there was no one available to mix paint that day. There was no apology or effort to help—just a dismissive and rude attitude. Very disappointing customer service.”

“This Home Depot has a very wide selection of products in typical hardware store (home improvement) store inventory categories at super competitive prices that undercut their competition ( like LOWE'S Hardware ). The store is very clean and well organized, but you might want to ask the very knowledgeable Home Depot employees on duty if you are looking for a specialty item(or hard to reach item) and are unfamiliar with the store's layout...”
