First time using this type of carwash. The solid piece that went back and forward broke my side mirror. I will never be using this type of carwash again. Top of the not enough timer for the air dry and the whole $14 premium car wash lasted maybe 30 seconds to 1 min.

Ripped my truck mirror off. Very disappointed going here especially after reading other reviews. I already know there not going to do anything about it.
