“I come through in my F250 and Colson usually is there bright and early in the morning to prep me in with a smile and always gives my tricky a muddy duck. His assistant manager Avery checks me in almost every morning and has the best personality and is the highlight of my morning before work. “Drive thru is awesome. Gets the weeks old dried on mud completely off. High pressure makes my husband's (lifted) truck sun roof leak, but I've had no problems with mine. Just don't back up in the dryer mode, or it shuts itself off. I've canceled my Quick Quack membership and go here instead, just a better wash. The owner is super helpful and responds quickly with any concerns or issues. ???”

“Did the automated wash. Can't beat it for the price. Three wash options $8, $10, $14 plus a free hand dry at the end. They even scrub the bugs and bird droppings off your car. It not your typical, rub a brush over and call it good. They actually scrub where it needs it. I'd give it 5 stars but it doesn't clean your wheels that well and vacuums cost a $1.25 but I guess that's how they keep costs down.”

“Let me just say FRANK was so incredibly patient and kind. I had just gotten off my 3rd 12 hr shift at the hospital and I went to autozone after getting my battery checked due to being jumped after it died. I was given the news it was good. HOWEVER when the oil change was done my car DIED again on his bay. He was so nice about it, we talked until my dad came to jump it again and recommended we go to oreilys where in fact I did have to change it bc it was dead I am so blessed to meet a man who was so calm and friendly about the whole situation. The oil change itself was super easy, quick and easy because I got to stay in the car. So grateful for him. Def would recommend it.”

“Had copious amounts of sand in my car from the seashore, gave Gilbert a call and he took me, same day. Busy day, busy shop, the owner took care of me, having that kind of customer service is almost unheard of now-a-days. Other then the sand, I had stains that carisma was happy to charge me over a hundred dollars not to clean, G & L got them out! My new car looks new again! Not the cheapest but by FAR the best!”

I was assisted by Debbie who month after month took really good care of me and was very understanding when I had concerns or issues. I must confess and admit, I was very rude to her when she first started working for Rick's. I would like to make a public apology for my actions as she did not deserve to be treated in that manner. “I usually go to the Go Carwashes here in the valley, they always leave soap on the cars, which never fails so I found one in Corpus (I belong to their monthly wash club) and this one was different. I mean it was the same layout but the service was GREAT. They were somewhat busy but I noticed the attendant took the time to wash my tires and clean the wheel wells on the truck. Then the car wash was the same but when it came out I was going to thank the guy for taking the time for going that extra mile. As I parked the truck he was already in the parking area (where the vacuums are) and helping other customers dry off their cars.I started cleaning out the truck and he came over and clean all my windows, fixed the mirrors on the truck (the wash moved them all), and dried off the tires while I was cleaning inside. No one told him to, he was doing it all on his own. I regret not getting the guy's name but I gave him a tip just for helping out and he looked appreciative.May not be a big deal but I wanted to make sure I left this review because really, I go to so many places, and the customer service is usually touch and go. The hotel I stayed at has a sign that said "just be appreciative of those that came today, please be patient with us..."I just wanted to say thank you and wish the other carwashes would do the same. Thanks again!”

“This is the second touchless carwash in town and I was genuinely excited to try it since I saw this place is 24 hours and my boss hated me this week and scheduled me PM shifts. There were people there using the self service but I wanted to try the touchless drive through. I have a membership with another carwash facility that's not touchless and I am paranoid that every time I'm going through it is scratching my paint. It's also not open 24 hours. The wash kiosk to pay here is very much like gas stations but instead of your standard robot voice, it's a person's voice recording which was funny to me maybe because I was sleep deprived. I chose the one right above the lowest and the wash process was therapeutic. The blowers are lacking because my car still had a lot of water on it as I left. I had a bird go poo poo on my car and that was the biggest dirty spot in the car. It didn't get rid of all of it, but I think that's something you should prewash before you go through an automated drive through. I went to the vacuum area which I was also excited about but ended up not using it because I was too confused on what to do for a regular vacuum. Again, probably because I was sleep deprived. After looking at the picture I took, it had very clear instructions to press a vacuum only button. It is neat that there was an option for carpet cleaning but I didn't see an air hose for detailing which I've come to rely on, or cloths to wipe down the car. I was a little disappointed here for my own purposes, but I can see how this is a great little spot with some potential to out perform the national names. If this place had a membership, I would switch simply because of the touchless car wash and vacuums. There are things to improve, but if they start doing memberships I'll be back.***Update**"Five stars. I needed to rinse sand off my car before taking it into a car wash and was not having any luck with other places on my way back home from the beach. I remembered that this place for sure had working equipment bc I saw several people using it when I was last here. Not only was it working, but it had a very powerful high pressure spray and I was able to use my credit card and only for the amount of time I needed. Paid less than $1.50. I saw that they had someone outside in case anyone needed help. This is a little gem.”
