UPDATE: Our phones had to be ordered and were delivered to the AT&T Store. We returned to pick up the phones and get them set up. Cassandra was working when we arrived at the store. “My first phone that mom bought me n I was having n my hand r my back pocket of my jeans,ha about 2 to 3 times I dropped n a day n other times ..but my point is it overcame all the wetness ..the phone came back on later..eachtime..then finally it gave out ..ugh I was sad lol but to the rescue my queen mom pulled threw once again n order me the same phone but refurbishing n it lasted me the amount of time till I got another phone w different company ..n back once again..the service is great..but the only downside of it is Metro doesn't have unlimited hot spot r data r whatever that was the best part of the service.no disrespect to the company..my opinion in general. I miss it n would b nice to bring that back..n my experience has been good .”
