“We went it right before he was closing for the night. my wife’s phones battery expanded and would not turn on. He replaced it rather fast and very cheap. Most places would probably have to order parts but he had everything on hand. The gentleman was very nice, and his dog was very cute and professional.10/10 will go again before checking elsewhere”

“Very knowlegable, awesone price, and great turn around time. Dropped my phone off at 3:30 for front and rear glass repair, helped a friend with his car down the road, before I knew it, it was 5:00 and it was ready.
I made the mistake having my phone repaired elsewhere in the past and had to return to that place multiple times as my screen wasn't working. I will never make that mistake again.”

Worst store ever. Decide to stop at 2702 SPID store. I walked in and WOW. everyone was courteous and smiling. Very nice people. I was greeted by a nice young lady named CARLIE. told her I need a price on phone and what is the best deal they had.
I told here I dread going to 5 points store.
They're always rude and say I don't qualify for their specials. CARLIE looked up my info and told I qualified for a new phone and went over the plans available and what saves me the most money. She was really sweet. Took her time and answered all my questions (5 points people are always rushing and bad service) got me taken care of and I walked out of there happy ? with a smile on my face. Was really WOWED by her customer service. I WOULD RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS A PHONE OR UPGRADE.”

“My first phone that mom bought me n I was having n my hand r my back pocket of my jeans,ha about 2 to 3 times I dropped n a day n other times ..but my point is it overcame all the wetness ..the phone came back on later..eachtime..then finally it gave out ..ugh I was sad lol but to the rescue my queen mom pulled threw once again n order me the same phone but refurbishing n it lasted me the amount of time till I got another phone w different company ..n back once again..the service is great..but the only downside of it is Metro doesn't have unlimited hot spot r data r whatever that was the best part of the service.no disrespect to the company..my opinion in general. I miss it n would b nice to bring that back..n my experience has been good .”
