If you're needing customer service please visit MS. Lydia Flores at the Crosstown branc. Ms. Lydia is a Member Service Assistant and a very respectful and professional at her jo. let me start by saying iam a Combat Disabled Veteran and I suffer from severe PTSD. I went to the Kostoryz branch and the lady that was helping me out well she was rude and talked really fast before I could understand, and when I asked her if she could repeat it and it she didn't faster. So she was making things very difficult and she started aggrivating my PTSD. My son came in and was trying to explain but she just did everything wron. so the debit card wasn't even connected to my name she did it to my son after he told her that he wasn't getting one just me. So when I was updating my autopay for my bills the card faile. So I went to crosstown and MS. Lydia Flores assisted me and she was very attentive to my needs and assured me that there was going to be no problems and if there was please call her and she gave me her card. So I had problems and I called he. Ms Lydia again took care of everything over the phone with out me having to go in. Thats customer service so Rally Cred Un please higher mor Lydia Flores employees or better yet can you make her a trainer and that away your member service department woupdate have the best of the best employees.

Do not understand,my account being hacked I'm telling you I do not owe these people it's a scam and they are using Spectrum, Rally says they have to pay these these people anyway then I open a dispute and maybe they can get some of my money back well it's pending why pay them at all this really sucks I'm social security totally so all my money goes to bills so what happens to me when people take that I don't owe. It's a scam they got my info from spectrum I guess because they didn't get it from me

Constantly locking my card, then having to wait till next business day to get it unlocked. Card was locked 7 times within 1 month and half. The company went downhill after the name change. My card was locked after using it at Tj Max and they unlocked it the next day but relocked it because of that same transaction. Do not get this bank unless you have a backup because they always lock cards.

After thinking I wasn’t going to stay with this bank I ended up staying after name change. I enjoy working with them - when we used to live out of state they were able to find me a sister bank to continue banking with them and worked with me to complete wire transfers . Always a lot of help and feel like family . If there is ever an error they do what they can to make it right and always inform me on how to avoid errors in the future . My husband and myself have enjoyed doing business with this bank for 6/7years now .

What’s up with the crosstown lazy tellers? Kostoryz always has there transaction form bins loaded always. Crosstown’s bins have been empty for months. They claim to put them in the canister instead because they are to lazy to walk outside but yet the canister is empty half the time. So you got to send up the canister and wait to get a form. Then today I go to ATM and not working of course so I get in line for a withdrawal. I let the teller know the ATM is not working. She replies, “ I know, we put in a ticket.” Why in the world would you still let that ATM have a line of cars and not put a sign saying “not dispensing cash.” Do you know how much of your customers time you are wasting waiting in line & going through the process of withdrawing cash when it’s not going to go through. Ridiculous!!

Update: Issue was resolved and I received clearer information on Cash App transfers. Thank you to the manager that contacted me! You were very polite, helpful and informative!! I will continue banking with Rally Credit Union!!Very upset that Rally has now limited the number of times you can transfer money from your checking account to your Cash App. I spoke with two reps yesterday, 10/25/23, and one said the bank updated their policies and there's a limit of the number of times you can transfer and she transferred me to a different department that can help me raise that limit. Well the next person I spoke with said there's a limit of 4 times per week and that she could not change that because it was the government that set that limit with banks due to all the fraud happening with Cash App. I asked her what fraud? And why would the government set that limit with banks? And is it only with Rally because I have asked ALL my coworkers who all use Cash App and this is not an issue with their banks. So it sounds to me like someone is making up that information and putting the blame on the government instead of saying it was Rally who set that limit because of the new Card Free Cash system they've added to their services? She then said I can always withdraw cash and load it into my Cash App Card. But that defeats the whole purpose of the convenience of transferring especially late at night or on holidays when the banks ARE CLOSED!! And half of the time the drive-thru ATM's at the banks are not working or are out of money so I then have to find a convenience store to withdraw money and if it's after hours the service centers are closed at Walmart and HEB and there's no way of loading it into my Cash App Card. (Good luck with your new Card Free Cash app)What a disappointment and inconvenience you have made this RALLY!! I may not be a top or highly ranked bank customer (as I have learned through a former employee that customers are ranked and prioritized from greatest to the least worthy and the lower you are on the scale, the less they prioritize your needs) but I will definitely be switching banks and will let every Cash App Card holder who banks with Rally know of this inconvenience.

The simplest of tasks is like pulling teeth with these people. Don't bother going into a branch if you have a problem, the thots they hire have some kind of illusion of grandeur and will look down on you with contempt. Also, don't bother calling if you have a problem, either. The default status for their phone line is "busy", the system will force you to listen to it's spiel while it "waits for a representative to become available", even though it obviously doesn't throw you into the queue until the system is done verifying and reading your balance. As for me, I submitted an online form to update my phone number almost a month ago. The phone "rep" said that was my only choice to do so, if I didn't want to physically come into a branch. (Even after the automated system verified my P.I. What's the point of verifying if nobody is going to bother to work?)Basically, good luck resolving any issues with these people. Stick with a national bank.Edit: Wow, check out the other reviews. I am NOT alone, by far. Stay away from this place.

The wait was about 45 minutes so I left. The area looked nice. The Board of Directors showed no diversity. If you want to open an account, you can do it online and go in! I didn't know that. I'm not sure if I'll go back. It didn't feel warm or welcoming.

I love doing drive thru deposit. Please do not do away with this service. The Annaville location requires you to go in for business deposit drops.
