“I take my Pomsky (Pomeranian Husky) Maya to Mckenzi one of the many amazing groomers and she always does an amazing job! I always have Mckenzi brush her teeth, deshed ,and trim her nails/hair. Definitely recommend Mckenzi for all your grooming needs!”
“My wife sent me in to change our dog food to a new brand. I was greeted by Sandy. She recommended 2 brands and I chose 1 because of the ingredients. She was helpful and knew her products. My rescue loved the new food. She also sold me treats and a new toy. I must say it's nice walking into a business where employees look happy. I also swung by the animal room. The animals were clean and had nice cages with toys. Looks like they are well taken care of. Sandy mentioned they have a pet clinic once a month and grooming. I was truly impressed with this business.”
“They did an amazing job on my Schnoodle. She was adorable once I picked her up. They do get busy, and from what I saw, there was only one person in the front. She tried taking care of the phone and the customers in person. I dropped her off, they did their thing, and I picked her up. Very straight forward process. I will be taking her back again.”
“Just finished with a Shitzu full Groom for my pet. Was greeted upon entering the store. Very curious staff. Groom was a full service,bath, hair trim,nails,sanitary trim,paws face. LOVED THE GROOM!...Excellent job!. Was my pets first visit, groomer interacted via text, about how my pet was doing thru the groom. Great communication....also indicated when to pick up my pet!....Very SATISFIED customer,very pleasant visit would RATE A 10 OUT OF 10!!.”

“I personally want to thank Charlie(store manager) for his assistance today. I placed an order online. I was out running errands and was ready to head to the store when I noticed I had not received my READY TO PICK UP email. I called the store to find out it was ready and was told no. I asked to cancel and stated I would buy when I got there. The girl said OK IT IS CANCELED and hung up.
Just before reaching the store, I received my READY email. I pulled up and walked into the store and asked about the order. The girl looked but was unable to find anything, but my item was lying up in the front. Confused, she called Charlie to help out.

“I started to work here last yr. My first visited to the balboa's pet shop was wonderful, I was scared I haven't work in a long time. But Rock had no discouraging words for me. Lea was very nice and look ready to help me in my first day. This family is awarding to me , I felt at peace working there. No issues ever of the two year now. Pluses they get exotic lizard a snakes every week. I love feeding the pets and they are strick on feeding to make sure every pet is fed. They feed them by hand every individual . Their concern is making sure everyone has eaten and water.”
