I asked for ten’s and the teller gave me five’s. I guess paying attention to details isn’t a requirement to work there. This isn’t the first time or only branch to do this. The whole financial institution doesn’t even deserve one star.

Horrible service. Rude staff. Don’t bank here. The supervisor is the worst!!! She should absolutely be fired for her poor/fake service.

It was an absolute nightmare working with the loan officers, Lorena Luna and Lisa Martinez. Incompetent! Called to speak to their supervisor, left a message a week ago and never received a call. This only leads me to believe that the incompetency starts there!
