Today I was helped by Lori at Federal credit union and omg! She. Was the best she answered every question that I had. She even offered me optio. I didn't know I could get. I got there kinda worried I would b able to open an account, bc of my credit In The past but she made me leave a very happy customer now so yeah!!! So Now im able to move my money alot more easier! My Mom Juanita went in to take care of paperwork for a mortgage assistance and a gentleman by the name of Greg Anguiano assisted her. He was very patient and efficient. Then she went back the following day to complete her business. He was going to lunch but stayed and helped her out until everything was completed. He was very professional and friendly made her feel like a #1 customer. She felt at ease with him. Great job Greg ?
