Not enough people working. When you sign in, it asks what you are here for and you would think that it would separate people so if you are dropping or picking up equipment, you would not have to wait 2+hours just for a 5 min task. I have seen 4 people working but two are in the back and only 2 are interacting with customers. I guess the other two are responding back to the reviews.

I recently moved to an apartment and spectrum was recommended to us for wifi I called and got everything situated very smoothly but once I got to the place is where it all went down hill….. I waited 15 minutes before anybody told me I had to put my name on the waiting list after already seeing people walk in and ask if they had to do that and were told no and got helped immediately so I put my name down and I ended up being there for a little over 2 hours multiple people were just walking in and getting helped but everyone on the waiting list was getting skipped and finally when someone noticed I was there before them she told the lady the called her and the lady said that she couldn’t help me because I wasn’t next and they can’t just pick names off the list I said ok there’s 1 person infront of me anyways I’ll wait and that same lady continues to skip the next person and me and help other people so then another lady ends up calling my name but skipped the person infront of me so ofc they said something and the lady said because I was skipped she had to help me first like why skip another person so you can help someone that was skipped not only that but so many other people were also skipped by walk Ins and on top of that after the first hour of waiting there was 3 workers that weren’t helping anybody just standing infront of their computer looking around the system sucks and made me very late to work an employee even admitted to another customer that sometimes the system isn’t very reliable overall 0/10 and most the employees looked like they didn’t want to be there customer service was also a 0

Came middle of the day Monday & waited 1.5 hours before we could finally return the modem. No distinguishing between type of service needed (30 min to set up new phone line vs returning equipment, etc). They do have an option to make an appointment online so would recommend trying that instead of just walking in - line got up to 25 people

I waited more than 1 hour. There are 6 information desks but only 3 of them have agent.

Came to this store on 16 March at 1300 to pick up a modem. I've been here 3 hours and still haven't been helped. Dozens of people behind me who have been waiting for hours will not be seen before the store closes. Do NOT try to come in person without a reservation.

Having ONE single store available for the whole city is ridiculous. The wait times are 2+ hours. Do better Spectrum.

It was ok. There were a lot of customers and only 2 to sometimes 3 employees. I waited a hour in a half. Before my name was called. And I was only picking up a modem. Other people were looking at phones so they took longer. Maybe it would be a good idea to have more people working on the weekends. I saw a lot of people get up and leave and others just opened the door and took off. Hope it gets resolved.

I wish I could give zero stars if possible. Customer service was subpar at best. Store was clean but person was incredibly rude and unprofessional on the phone. There was a man there who demanded that he knew how to handle the whole process for my transfer which left me feeling confused.

Not good at all. Had to wait nearly an hour just to drop off equipment. That's just crazy. They should have a separate line to drop off because it takes no time at all. Terrible experience
