The wait time is awful. 47 minute wait to return equipment. Very crowded both times I went.

First, make sure you have My Spectrum App, second, if you need to go to retail office, schedule appointment, it's super easy, and convenient, I was in and out in 5 minutes. Office is upgraded since last time I entered, has good layout and spacious. Rep was helpful and worked fast. Easy is the word.

Make sure you get an appointment before trying to show up. The wait is well over 3-4 hrs just as a walk in to return their equipment. Edit if you need to make a return skip even going to spectrum and drop off at ups. Took me 3 mins in the ups store.
