Terrible service....I moved to a new area and wanted to cancel my service with Spectrum. It took 4 hours to cancel my service. Too many personal questions... Rude customer service... I called them 4 times to cancel my service each time it took one hour since they were aggresively trying to convince me to stay with Spectrum with many useless promotion offers. I dont want Spectrum even for free. I got my new service with another company and I can see how poor quality was Spectrum internet. Instead of wasting people time with promotion offers to keep them enhance the quality of your service.

Called to cancel because internet was routinely unusable. Guy on the line repeatedly pushed unsolicited deals and discounts to get me to stay, wasting my time. After he finally gave up and agreed to disconnect my service, he insisted that my account was already paid for the month and that I might as well let it cancel at the end of month, rather than immediately, as I had requested.A few months later I got a letter from a debt collector seeking payment on behalf of charter communications.Low-life sleazy crook company providing worthless service, avoid and seek alternatives.

Monday your guy came to my door totally ignoring my TWO no trespassing signs. I was VERY sick and had to answer the door to get him to stop knocking on my door. I was not Suzy Sunshine. Two days later (today) the SAME GUY had the AUDACITY to come back. Same thing, I’m still sick, my no trespassing signs are still intact and I’ve literally been in bed three days straight. He got an earful. “Dude! I told you Monday, I’m sick AND I have two no trespassing signs that you seem to think don’t apply to YOU.” If by some chance he comes back a THIRD time, I will call the police and report him for trespassing as I’ve told him TWICE in three days about my signs. He knew and knocked anyway. Big mistake. So figure out who this inconsiderate male is and enlighten him as to what NO TRESPASSING means.

A word of warning. If you are thinking about leaving Spectrum to get Frontier Communications fiber optics Network, DON'T!!It's like jumping out of the pan and Into the Fire. With Spectrum we used to get weekly Internet outages sometimes lasting most of the day. With Frontier we get daily Internet outages sometimes lasting all day, but usually occurring about every other day. At first they were helpful, now they've taken the remove service link off of their app and you can only speak to a bot who has no idea what you're talking about and then they say let me connect you with with a representative and you get another bot.Trust me you are better off staying with Spectrum we are having to wait in line to get back on spectrum because all of us that went to Frontier are rushing back and there is a wait to get service.

These are the absolute RUDEST customer service "specialists" I have ever come across. I cancelled my service over the phone after stepping foot on here and being spoken to like they didn't want my business anyway. So ok. No problem. Hello, Hulu!

Worst service I ever experienced. Representatives are rude and seem to know that there is nothing they can do to improve service. The channels do not work and internet is always spotty. Terrible service at an expensive terrible price.

If we are rating the store, wait times and customer service is an unpleasant experience. If we start rating the internet service, it is absolutely horrid. My network is consistently shut down for maintenance.Don’t get it.

Went to pick up equipment with a scheduled appointment and was not given everything. When I attempted to go back in the agent just said to make an appointment for the next day for equipment they should have given. If you are going to charge $25 for self install the company should give you all the equipment. Horrible customer service.

Your time means nothing to these people. Wait is at least an hour for a simple bill payment. It's like they want to make things needlessly complex. Total DMV vibe here.

About a 1 hour wait to see a representative, but it's just another chance to sit and talk to your neighbors, and Zach did a great job of helping us with some internet, he gave us the equipment we hooked it up and worked just like he said.

Got seen right away but I would recommend getting a reservation becasue as soon as we got called up it became really busy. Quick and knowledgeable staff. Hopefully service will be decent and won't have issues hooking it up. Only con is that they still charge you 25.00 for self install!
