Other than the fact they had no idea what the word viscosity meant nor heard of and the plaxe offerd single ir 10 or lower weight and no single viscosity oils so if you drivd an 8 yrs old or ilder or high mileage id avoid them but tbey were very courteous and professional id still recommend them
