“Very thorough professional technicians that take the time and to go over your car completely checking like 22 point inspection along with air pressures perfectly maintained always checking every filter air filter offering cabin filters as well as oil filters I was just very impressed with how every location I've been to they've all had the great hospitality and great professional service and smiles and getting me a water when I first get there Wet My Whistle it's a good service great Hospitality I recommend take five oil change company 21 who cares about their vehicle being maintained properly your check oil pressure they don't just let you drive out they check everything well I like about it there's more than one set of eyes on your vehicle you got guys underneath the car and you got guys on top almost feel like you're at a pit stop for Indy 500 you get a courtesy top off”

“Stopped by Jiffy Lube today for my annual oil change on my mint condition 2016 Kenne Bell Mustang GT and the shop was clean and well kept, the crew was very professional and even offered my wife and I complimentary water while we waited in the car. Service was thorough, efficient and fast. I bring my own premium oil and filter whenever I get oil changes including this time. My only issue with these quick oil change places here in CC is that they don't honor their online discount coupons unless they use their own oil/filters - I'm a veteran and a senior, but to no avail.. This equates to their prices being way too high for what you're getting - in fact double what I was paying in the state of VA who still honored their coupons there. This is my second visit to this specific location, but with my other vehicle. I have my reasons for choosing Jiffy Lube over the dealership - I can watch what they're doing. At the dealership, I don't have eyes on my 700+ hp Mustang at all times and they like to take advantage and joy ride in my car because of this. Fortunately, I'm retired and only have to change my vehicle's oil once evey year because I drive way less than the average annual mileage. Overall, I would recommend this Jiffy Lube if money is not an issue. Thanks”

“I liked it. Wait times are longer than I’m used to but very polite staff that seemed proficient and professional. I’m new to the area so I’m looking for what I’m used to. Comfortable. Someone I know. A place I like being. This may be it. I’ll be back again. These guys impressed me. And it’s smaller…like I like. Not like the places just trying to get you in and out and cutting corners. These guys aren’t that. They really seem to give it the extra attention.”
“I did not get their names but it was a lady and a gentleman that helped me out with my oil change and everything else under the hood! The young lady kept me informed on all maintenance I needed on the vehicle and prices. Very affordable. They were awesome as soon as I arrived.”

“Leslie was the only employee we saw working at the Staples location today. She got me checked in within minutes of my arrival, offered water right away and throughout the visit. Today was a scorcher, and as hot as I could tell she was, she still provided great, quick service. She gave me service recommendations, and answered all my questions thoroughly. “Friendly staff and very thorough! Not pushy but made me aware of options for service. One of the staff checked my cabin filter and found a nest lodged around the filter. Cleaned it out and replaced filter. Offered me and my wife water at least 2 times. Would highly reccomend and if I weren’t traveling would definitely go back for additional oil changes. I almost forgot the service person gave me
A 26% discount.”
