“I was driving a rental car from Enterprise from Edinburg to Austin and stopped to get gas in Riviera, Texas. After, the car wouldn't start. I contacted Enterprise, and they said they would send a tow truck for the car, and once the car was towed, get me an Uber to the nearest open Enterprise to get a new rental. The tow truck arrived, and I requested the Uber to Corpus Christi as instructed. However, no drivers wanted to pick up the 45 minute trip from the middle of nowhere to Corpus Christi. Enterprise then tried Lyft and no luck. Then they said they were working on finding a taxi and would contact me when they found one. The tow truck drivers saw my predicament and kindly offered to take me and my luggage and drop me off at the Enterprise rental counter at the Corpus Christi airport. I gladly accepted. Without them, I would have probably ended up stranded in Riviera for several more hours. I really appreciated that they went out of their way to help me when they didn't have to.Service: Car towing”
