We didn't know if our baby was a boy or girl and asked if the associates could help us by putting the bear we chose in either a boy shirt or girl shirt. Unfortunately, I don't remember the two girl's names (one had red hair and the other was shorter with dark brown/black hair) but they were so amazing and helpful in keeping it a secret from us. They truly helped make a special experience for us.”

Even though that has absolutely nothing to do with the functioning issue I was having, they denied my warranty.
