About UPS Authorized Shipping Provider
UPS Authorized Shipping Provider at ACE HARDWARE WESTERN AUTO is a full-service location where customers can pick up and drop off pre-packaged, pre-labeled shipments, create new shipments, and buy packaging supplies. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing good service and answering questions. The facility is clean and secure, with packages always left in a good spot, though customers suggest knocking louder for better notice. However, there was an issue when the location was unable to accept a package, requiring the customer to find another store to return it to Amazon. Overall, it’s a convenient and helpful shipping spot.
