“I believe in paying for the service you expect and to have the professionals to it right. When shipping a rather expensive piece of equipment, MAIL CENTER USA was entrusted to the packaging and sending the item through UPS. UPS damaged the equipment (those darn holiday rushes) and thankfully, the packaging was done correctly, and the repairs are insured! Nice to have folks that care about what they do!”

“I came to this office desperately in search of help tracking and coordinating my in-person pick up of a package I missed during delivery (it arrived a day earlier than expected), after the UPS site and all of the phone numbers provided led me to either a robot, a malfunctioning site app, or a remote customer service rep who offered absolutely no help.I was immediately greeted by a friendly individual who listened to my concerns, and took the time to call the very driver who attempted earlier delivery of my package; together, they coordinated my meeting with the driver to sign for and retrieve my package, only minutes away from my home!Thanks to their exceptional customer service; my birthday gift to husband arrived on time, ahead of the holiday.While I unfortunately did not catch the name of the gentleman who helped me at the customer service center around 4:45-5:00 PM 1/12/24', I did get the name of my delivery driver, "Hector". I'm a very light Ebay seller and had been informed 3 days after getting OK to send that the buyer had been canceled and all transactions deleted (who knew they could do that?). I submitted and "Intercept" request on a Sat morning and called the destination PO to be sure. Gladys answered and was EXTREMELY friendly, helpful and reassuring. The package has been returned to me.”

“The post office doesn't get much positive press so I wanted to help change that vision. I messed up an address. Tried calling vendors and online services to help. Finally decided to go to the source. So thankful I did! Morgan at the front desk was kind, helpful, patient, and efficient. She helped me track the packages, make the changes in the system and passed on to her supervisor who called the driver and then me within 20 minutes. Grateful that my packages have now arrived and the changes needed were made. It's all about relationships. These folks were awesome! Way to go USPS!”
