Seriously, The whole team at Dealermart went above and beyond to close out the purchase of the two vehicles we bought. I honestly think quite a few of the members of their team had their hands on the process from Master Technicians in the shop answering questions, Ryan and Krista with the financing and Kari with the sale, every interaction we had with the team was above and beyond my expectations. I also appreciated all the sales staff helping Kari and my family throughout the process. I did not see the typical individuality you sometimes see among sales staff at dealerships, Lupe and the other gentlemen (sorry I don't remember everyone's name), were very helpful and the whole staff from top to bottom was beyond accommodating. 200% will recommend to anyone I can to swing by Dealermart and find out what they can do for you. They did a full diagnostic test of my van and found nothing wrong with the van. But gave me a comprehensive list of maintenance that needs to be done soon. They told me it would be a $175 service fee when I made the appointment. But Jill, God bless her, waved the fee because she's so kind and understanding. Thank you Jill for your kindness.”
