“I brought my engagement in a few days ago to have sizing beads put in the band. Their work is excellent. Their bench jewelers know how to do seamless modifications on pieces. Linda was apologizing because of a slight delay. I told her not to worry and that I would check back the next day ( today) if my ring came in as they close at 5pm. I received a call from her at 7 pm. My ring came in. And she insisted on hand delivering my piece to our home. I informed her that I would pick it up as I didn't have cash on hand to pay for it. ( I live by my debit card) . She said ' no worries, you can settle up whenever it is convenient for you). I wrote her a check instead of her having to wait for payment. The fact that the owner drove to my house to bring me my ring was such wonderful customer service. The ring was perfect, they polished the sizing beads and it looked like it was cast as one solid piece when it was created than added on two years later ( I have seen other women's rings where they were not polished because it was the inside of the ring and looked like an afterthought.) The minute I put it on, the ring fit perfect, it no longer spins and is comfortable on. I can't feel the beads at all. The price was excellent as well. It came in more than half of what I was quoted from other local jewelers.
