“It was a few days before I was going to have shoulder surgery and had looked everywhere for recliners. I called them and they had two lazy boy power recliners in the color I was looking for.My husband went down to pick them up and ask if we could order a handheld remote for them. The power buttons were on the right side and I couldn't reach them after my shoulder surgery. They had a power remote in the store and put it on my recliner and didn't charge us anything for it. I'm not sure who waited on my husband that day but they went above and beyond helping us with these chairs and remote. Thank you so much!”
