“It was a few days before I was going to have shoulder surgery and had looked everywhere for recliners. I called them and they had two lazy boy power recliners in the color I was looking for.My husband went down to pick them up and ask if we could order a handheld remote for them. The power buttons were on the right side and I couldn't reach them after my shoulder surgery. They had a power remote in the store and put it on my recliner and didn't charge us anything for it. I'm not sure who waited on my husband that day but they went above and beyond helping us with these chairs and remote. Thank you so much!”

“FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS HOLY CORPORATE STOP HAVING EMOLOYEES CALL US MONTHS AFTER WE PAY THINGS OFF TO THANK US FOR OUR BUSINESS. ITS AWKWARD!! IT SOUNDS SO SCAMMY AND OMG THESE POOR EMPLOYEES!!! SURELY NO ONE IS NICE TO THEM. Stop this behavior!! SEND AN EMAIL AND BE DONE! Sorry to the staff that your bosses are so weird and have no clue how to market in 2023.The company is fine when you’re in a bind and don’t have good credit. you will pay 3 times the amount of what just buying the object would cost. However if you don’t have big upfront money and can only do small payments it’s an awesome place. Staff is cool, friendly even while overworked. As you can see above corporate makes them do weird things, so be kind they deserve raises for all they put up with.”
