“This store has great customer service and support. Kim greeted me promptly and guided me around the store to help me with any questions I had. She was very helpful and courteous. She helped me with the style and fit I was looking for. She eventually had to order a pair for me and have them shipped to the house. She did a great job. It was my first time in this store and I loved the experience. Follow up - I had to exchange a pair I bought for a larger size. I called the store they found them and held them for me until I could get back to the store several days later. These employees are doing it right!”
