Supposed to host a free or low cost spay/neuter clinic. I called in advance and got instructions and followed them perfectly. We got there and they denied providing that service. We had trapped some feral cats and will probably never be able to get ahold of them again to help them.

Be ready to wait hours for drop off and hours to pick up half the staff is rude I'll pay more for better service and not waste half my day.

You have to get there early because it's first come, first served, but you cannot beat the prices and they are efficient and thorough. The guy who did her shots and took her blood was kind and quick.
