Their team is always quick, efficient, and incredibly kind. Every time I visit, I’m greeted with a warm smile and genuine care. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service.”
“I appreciated a few things at this location...one being the cleanliness and neatness of the isles. It was clutter free and allowed for enough room for my basket and other's walking down the isles with me.
It all looked so picture perfect, like in the movie, " The Stepford Wives".
Prices on alot of items were just a bit outrageous...almost shockingly high. Other than that it was a great experience.
Although, No one once said hello to me or bid me farewell, which was a tad upsetting.
Spending that kind of money there it seems they'd have valet included.
I will be a return customer but only when needing just a few items, not actual groceries!!”

“Walgreens has very strange prescription rules , not sure I fully understand. I have asked twice why my husband's medication is not ready and I was told they are waiting on a third party contractor to fill the prescription. They will fill the prescription in house if you call , because they have the medication on hand . So if you can wait it will be ready in a few days.”
“Now this it's customer service! Mr. Albert provides more than just customer service. He is kind and friendly to everyone. Even those he's not helping. I saw this man help an elderly lady by scanning all her items and bagging them in the self checkout lane. Every person that walked by he would say hello to while helping. This gentleman needs to be recognized for his kind nature, warm heart and the ability to make someone happy with a brief conversation. It's been a busy day and I was a little cranky until now. Thank you Mr. Albert! I don't live near this Kroger but I will now come out of my way for this type of warmth. More than service, it is a welcome home.”
“This used to be a old Winn-Dixie and when it first opened as a Kroger I used to work there for approximately 6 and 1/2 months when I first started there it's the best store I ever worked there inside Kroger it always stay clean and well-grown now it's 2022 is still the same nothing has changed well clean and I always will shop at this store when I get a chance to come there so I give it five stars not only because of the experience that I had when I worked there a few years back because it still look like a Kroger”

“Pharmacy staff can be a bit abrasive, but the regular staff working the store have always been helpful and kind. I can’t remember his name, but there is a gentleman there that had his arm in a cast that has always been especially helpful. Sometimes I have issues trying to work coupons, but he helps where he can and makes sure to give me information about the Extra Care program. I’ve been a member for a few years now, but I still appreciate the time he takes to make sure I’m getting savings.”

The cashier (Barbara) and another lady (I didn’t catch her name) were so sweet to me and are always ready to help. I love seeing them when I come here!”

“Let’s go Krogering ! Love my shoppers card , digital coupons and sales ads never disappoint. You can save some serious money in Kroger . The only negative thing I can say about this location is FIX THE PARKING LOT ! The pot holes and bumps and man this store makes good money prime location no other grocery stores in the vicinity so fix the parking lot lol . Employees are great , store is clean bakery department is amazing with cake orders . The sales ad is always good .”
“Ordered my husband's birthday cakes from here and they were perfect!! Everyone was surprised that they actually came from Walmart. They not only looked good they also were both delicious.Update- also ordered my daughter's birthday cake and once again Walmart Bakery came through with an amazing cake!!”
“Was in need of a last-minute cake and was a little worried I wouldn’t be able to get one for the following day. Decided to go see if I could purchase one at Walmart and Kroger and I’ll say this before even acknowledging me with a hello I was told if you need a cake it needs to be 48 hours. We can’t help you. I have to say at both places the staff was very rude and active like they just didn’t have time for any of my questions.

I went to Tom Thumb here in Forney and I must say from the moment I walked in that store and was greeted, The atmosphere was amazing.
As soon as I made it to the bakery, everyone was smiling and saying hi. I spoke to one lady and told her I was in A bind . I didn’t know if they could help me. The first thing she said was, I’m sure we can just let me know what you need. And before I knew it, I had a perfect cake In less than 10 minutes! Chantelle was just awesome!!! Super sweet and nothing was too difficult for her! They completely made my day not only because I got a perfect cake but because they were all so sweet, helpful and amazing! So if you’re in a need for a cake, go visit Chantelle and all the amazing stuff at the bakery they will make it happen!”
“My first review was about how Dale the pharmacist/pharmacy manager is rude and he is. Other reviews have said as much. I know that the pharmacy is short staffed and times can be over whelming but when a patient is stuck at work and can only call you should tell them you have no time for them especially when the mistake was made by the pharmacy. BUT Michael the other pharmacist is very kind and nice. He completely makes up for Dale. He listens and cares. Talking to Michael made me go from a one star review to a five star review. I hope Dale knows just how much Michael saves him.”

“Korgers is nice clean overall they're a pretty good store they have a lot of food stocked and everything is pretty good but apparently the fresh produce like the strawberries I found mold on my strawberries ? I'm honestly disgusted about it you guys should check the strawberries and other fruits the other fresh produce is better but the strawberries sometimes has mold so also remember to check!!!?”

I called Walgreens to explain my predicament and the 2 people I spoke to at the pharmacy were respectful, professional, and were very understanding. When I arrived, my prescriptions were ready. I can only imagine the number of calls and customers this pharmacy receives on a daily basis but I'm sure it's quite a lot, this pharmacy helped me and I was very appreciative. Thank you Walgreens.”

“Hands down this Is the best pharmacy I’ve been to in North Texas!! They are fast, friendly and actually care about their patients/customers. I started a new medication and a week later the Pharmacist called me to make sure I was doing well! I was amazed quite honestly how she spent time discussing everything with me. I also need to give cuddos to the staff that is friendly and very helpful when transferring my prescriptions from the worst Walgreens in North Texas. I feel spoiled now that I’ve found the Seagoville Walgreens. My husband and I drive an extra 18 minutes to this Walgreens due to their outstanding Service. Thank you!”
“The CVS on Galloway in Mesquite was great! Let me know the product was on sale. The CVS in Sunnyvale on the very next day would not check sale price, I returned to the store the following day to speak to a manager and was told he doesn’t care to deal with customers and would be mad he would have to speak to me, he was. I told him several times I would rather deal with him at the store level but would be happy to take it to corporate.”

Notice demand has been increasing for a long time. more employees are needed. As much as the medicine industry is charging for drugs theres plenty of room to hire more people or robots to keep up with the demand. Just a thought.”
