After the inspection was done the Steven (Manager) talked to me about some other maintenance issues that need to be fixed. He explained and answered all the questions I had. I was given options. They didn't try to rip me off like another auto shop did with my other vehicle. Everyone at this place is very nice. Steven is very courteous and professional. Great customer service.”
“This place deserves a much higher rating than it has. This family-owned business is your classic Texas good ol' folk that do honest work. We brought one car here for some repairs and have since brought our 2 other cars as well and have had amazing experiences every time. No issues afterwards, very straightforward about cost and labor, open to working with you and extremely friendly. All of the bad reviews are from YEARS ago and should be removed, these guys have been our go-to's for the last 2 years and I'm not going anywhere else, even though I live in Dallas! Worth the drive. “The manager is the best. They almost lost my business when they said that I had to use the QR scan to sign in but they said they could do it they old way. I have 8 cars that I have serviced there for about 25 years. Everything turned out great after that.”
